New Tom Waits  //   Tuesday - November 1, 2011

Tom Waits has a new album, Bad As Me. Great stuff you should check out. When he last toured I hit the road to see him, rolling it up with an MTB road trip. Truly a unique voice in music and worth going out of your way to see him. That was the Glitter and Doom Tour and you can hear a concert from the tour on NPR.

Terry Gross has a new interview with Tom on Fresh Air. Always interesting. Tom talks about working with Keith Richards on this album as well as how he originally met him.

And if you want to go back in time, check out this early performance and interview on the Mike Douglas show. Here's another entertaining interview. from the early days, although I have no idea who the host is.

For something a bit more recent, check out the video below from Tom's induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Get Behind the Mule with Neil Young.
